My Mission

At the onset, I believe that everyone wants to perform at the highest level of their profession. 

I had the opportunity to lead teams of more than 100 people.  I never believed that any of the people on my team “worked for me”.  They worked with me.  They worked for themselves and I would reinforce often that they were “the ceo of their own business”. 

My work created a workplace culture of high performance by the teams I led by optimizing sales strategies and aligning these teams to land solid accounts globally. 

Communication, trust and transparency are key and when you empower people to reach their goals, you can have accelerated leverage in any market space.
